My Story
I completed my doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University. During my first 2 years in clinical practice I worked as a primary care physician at Alpine Integrated Medicine in Redmond Washington where I was mentored and trained with Dr. Brooke Azie-Rentz over the Wiley Protocol HRT and MTHF-R gene mutation therapeutic testing, counseling, and treatment protocols. Throughout my studies and clinical experience, I have found homeopathy to be a fine art of medicine that treats each person in the utmost individualized way. By looking beyond the disease and allowing space for the whole person to be seen, I have witnessed tremendous healing come forth.
I value a thorough interview process that invites my patients the opportunity to share their internal motivations, struggles and realities. This ultimately allows me to better understand where cure is needed and then prescribe holistically based on their full constitution. This is the form of service I aim to provide my patients. When we successfully stimulate a person's vital force, cure is possible for conditions that seemed at one point irreversible or impossible to heal. My goal as a practitioner of natural and holistic medicine is to develop an ongoing partnership with people as we unlock the root cause of their suffering and strive together towards a path to cure.
My role as an educator and witness to an individuals process of healing is sacred. I operate merely as an informative guide; broadening the conversation of health and motivating them towards a greater and fuller sense of well-being.
I received my Naturopathic Physician clinical training at Bastyr Center for Natural Health and I have additional advanced training and certifications in Homeopathy, MTHF-R gene mutation therapy, macro & micro vitamin and mineral nutrient support, western botanical medicine, German style contrast hydrotherapy using local water applications, visceral manipulation and craniosacral therapy. I have experience working with various conditions that vary from acute to chronic. The populations I serve span across children, women and men of all ages. Overall I aim to restore vitality, balance and optimal health to a person's life.
